key to weight loss

I'd like to start out by saying that I hate trying to lose weight.

I know that's not the most useful thing, but let's face it, it sucks.

I do however love how I feel after I leave the gym...well...sometimes :-)

Here are some things you can do to make sure you make it to the gym every day...

one/ make sure that you have a schedule and on that schedule you have a time where it says "go to the gym"

two/ make sure that it says why you are going to the gym...maybe it's because you want to make your wife or husband proud, maybe it's because you want to be able to face yourself in the mirror. maybe it's because you want to be more confident.

Then get off your ass and go to the gym and make sure to not bs when you are there!

Do your cardio for at least 30 minutes every day if you are in heavy weight loss mode.

if you are maintaining, do your cardio 30 minutes a day at least three day at least three times a week!

Make sure to eat fruits and vegetables, not supplements. the vitamins are best delivered where they naturally occur and are completely safe. You will also get benefits that science hasn't even discovered yet!

Here's a great program out there, although there are too many out there, this one a kid could understand and I think you'll find it useful, tell me what you think!
